TrendGuru provides data analytics, artificial intelligence, and AI security solutions to help businesses grow and operate safely. Our services include advanced analytics, AI risk scanning, brand monitoring, threat intelligence, awareness training, data engineering, and strategic consulting.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account credentials, use our services in compliance with applicable laws, refrain from disrupting our services, and respect intellectual property rights.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by trendguru GmbH and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
TrendGuru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
